Living Authentically is the expression of a season of discovery and freedom that I have entered. 

Having survived betrayal and spiritual abuse,  I've learned that I must be intentional in being healed and free.  Healing is a choice that not everyone is going to be on board with. While freedom did cost me the loss of many relationships, as well as "position" within my local church, the cost of not being free, was a much higher price.

"What can you live with?" was a question asked of me. I can live with the promise that everything lost, God will return in a greater measure than I had before! He makes all things new! He will not disappoint! Weeping may remain for a night but joy comes in the morning!  I cannot live bound. I cannot unhealed!  

Only to the level you are free, will you be able to bring freedom to those around you. Your freedom is not just for you.

So, out of the ashes of hopelessness and despair, I rise and begin anew. I have created this blog site as I transition into my new season, doing away with the old order of things.

My other blog site is still accessible. You can find it at https://jonicagarland.wixsite.com/oasisofglory/blog. I have no plans to add to Oasis of Glory but there is a lot of great things in there such as "A Fragmented Soul" where I write about soul ties and how to break them, "What's in your DNA" where I write about generational curses, "Broken Vows" where I write about the danger of personal vows, and much more.
